Upon approval of your request by Sentory administration:

• Party portal & Mobile App authentication credentials and passwords.
• FCM push notification tokens and device IDs.
• Unclaimed/pending dealer coupon points & loyalty entries.
• Temporary uploaded visit photographs and selfie check-ins.

Data Retained for Legal Compliance

In compliance with Indian taxation laws (GST), statutory auditing, and commercial contracts:

• Historical tax invoices and billing receipts previously issued.
• Accounting ledger records and formal financial transaction statements.
• Past dispatched delivery Challans and warranty service records.

Processing Timeline

• Initial Review: Our administration verifies your account within 3 to 5 business days to ensure no open shipments or pending payments exist.
• Completion: Full deactivation and deletion from active servers is accomplished within 15 to 30 calendar days.
