By accessing, downloading, browsing, or using the Sentory Electrical website (the "Site") or the Sentory Mobile Application (the "App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other operational guidelines published by us.

If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our Site and uninstall our mobile applications.

Our services, including dealer portals, distributor modules, field visit logs, and coupon loyalty reward systems, may require user registration and account creation.

• You must be at least 18 years of age or a legally recognized business entity under applicable laws to register an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update such information to keep it accurate.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, password, and OTPs. You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to immediately notify Sentory Electrical of any unauthorized access, security breach, or compromise of your account.

Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms, Sentory Electrical grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Sentory Mobile App on compatible devices strictly for personal and legitimate business use.

You shall not:

• Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or extract source code from the mobile application.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the application or any part of the service.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to extract data, coupons, or business information from the app or backend APIs.
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with security features or authentication controls of the application.

Sentory Electrical Accessories strives to provide accurate descriptions, technical specifications, and catalog listings for all electrical cables, switches, modular accessories, and distribution equipment. However:

• Product images, colors, and technical specifications shown on the website and app are for illustrative purposes and subject to standard manufacturing tolerances and ongoing improvements.
• Product availability, pricing, promotional schemes, and distributor offers are subject to change without prior notice.
• All orders placed through the dealer/distributor portals are subject to verification, stock availability, and commercial approval by Sentory Electrical.

If you participate in our loyalty reward programs, dealer coupon schemes, or QR code point scanning through the mobile application:

• Coupons and points can only be scanned and redeemed by authorized, registered users in accordance with the specific scheme terms.
• Coupons hold no cash value outside the defined loyalty program and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged except as expressly permitted by Sentory Electrical.
• Sentory Electrical reserves the absolute right to audit, verify, suspend, or cancel any rewards or accounts suspected of fraud, duplicate scanning, or tampering.

All contents, features, logos, trademarks, graphics, UI design, software code, brochures, and documentation on this website and mobile application are the exclusive property of Sentory Electrical Accessories and/or its licensors, protected under applicable trademark, copyright, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any material without prior written authorization from Sentory Electrical Accessories.

Your privacy is essential to us. Our collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data and business information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app or website, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

The website, mobile app, and all services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sentory Electrical Accessories, its directors, employees, affiliates, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, access to the portal, or mobile app features at any time, with or without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activities, or posed a risk to our network or business integrity.

User-Initiated Account Deletion: Registered parties and mobile application users may request the permanent deletion of their account and associated data at any time by visiting our dedicated Account Deletion Request Page or from within the mobile application profile menu. Account deletion requests are reviewed and fulfilled within 15 to 30 days in compliance with applicable laws and Google Play Store policies.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

We may revise and update these Terms & Conditions periodically at our sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or mobile app following the posting of revised terms signifies your acceptance of those modifications.
